Every detail is considered, every material is sourced with care, and every piece is priced the way it should be — at wholesale, not retail.

How the Process Work

Step 1 — Consultation Every custom piece begins with a private appointment. Kenny takes the time to understand your style, your story, and your vision — so that what we create together is exactly right for you.

Step 2 — Sketching From your ideas and inspiration, Kenny develops initial sketches that bring the concept to life. This is your first look at the piece taking shape — and the moment to refine every detail.

Step 3 — 3D Rendering Once the sketch is approved, a detailed 3D rendering is created so you can see a realistic, full representation of your piece before production begins. Nothing moves forward until you love what you see.

Step 4 — Approval Your final sign-off. Any last adjustments are made here — because getting it exactly right matters more than getting it done quickly.

Step 5 — Production With your approval confirmed and a fifty-percent deposit in place, our master bench jewelers begin handcrafting your piece using the finest materials available.

Step 6 — Finishing Each piece is meticulously polished, buffed, and inspected before it ever leaves the bench. Kenny personally reviews every custom piece before delivery.

Step 7 — Delivery We’ll schedule a private appointment to present your finished piece — and collect the final payment. No shipping, no guesswork, just the moment you’ve been waiting for.
