How the Process Works
Every custom piece begins with a private appointment. Kenny takes the time to understand your style, your story, and your vision — so that what we create together is exactly right for you.
From your ideas and inspiration, Kenny develops initial sketches that bring the concept to life. This is your first look at the piece taking shape and the moment to refine every detail.
Once the sketch is approved, a detailed 3D rendering is created so you can see a realistic, full representation of your piece before production begins. Nothing moves forward until you love what you see.
Your final sign-off. Any last adjustments are made here — because getting it exactly right matters more than getting it done quickly.
With your approval confirmed and a fifty-percent deposit in place, our master bench jewelers begin handcrafting your piece using the finest materials available.
Each piece is meticulously polished, buffed, and inspected before it ever leaves the bench. Kenny personally reviews every custom piece before delivery.
