Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we are appointment-only and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Scheduling is quick and easy online.

What if I’m not sure I want to sell?

That’s perfectly fine. There’s no obligation and no pressure. We’re here to help whenever you’re ready.

Do you buy broken jewelry?

Yes. Broken gold, platinum, and silver pieces are welcome.

How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments run between 30 and 90 minutes depending on what you bring.

How is pricing determined?

Every offer is based on the metal content, gemstone quality, style, and condition of each piece — explained clearly and transparently.

Can I bring multiple items?

Absolutely. Bring as much as you’d like — we’ll evaluate everything.

Do you buy diamonds without paperwork?

Yes. Certificates are helpful but never required.
