Kenny began his diamond career at the GIA in 1980, earning his highest credential, the GG certification. He developed expertise in diamond grading, gemology, design houses, mountings, and settings through his family’s jewelry and diamond business. In 1998, he founded K. Phillips & Co., Inc. in Miami, Florida, and in 2008, he created KP Gems in Austin, Texas. He continues to serve clients nationwide.
