Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re delighted with it. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please refer to the following information for more details on our return policy.
All returns must be completed in person or postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Each returned item must be in pristine condition, with all original tags and labels intact.
Our return policy reflects the same care and integrity we bring to every piece we sell.

Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly call us at (512) 666-3111 to orange a drop off time or if remote to obtain a Return Shipping Label. Our insurance provider has specific guidelines for shipping jewelry, so please read them carefully.
Remote Packing Instructions
- Once you receive the FedEx Shipping Label, securely place the item in its original packaging and enclose it in a small FedEx box, ensuring it’s protected from damage.
- Place the small FedEx box inside a medium FedEx box, seal it, and use shipping tape to secure all edges.
- Attach the FedEx shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. Please ensure you receive and keep your receipt.
- The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund
- After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we’ll process your return or exchange.
- Allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt for the processing to complete.
- Depending on your company’s billing cycle, refunds may take 1-2 cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
- Custom-ordered or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the provided contact details to arrange a refund or exchange.
