Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re delighted with it. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please refer to the following information for more details on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Each returned item must be in pristine condition, with all original tags and labels intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Shipping Label. Our insurance provider has specific guidelines for shipping jewelry, so please read them carefully.
Packing Instructions:
– Once you receive the FedEx Shipping Label, securely place the item in its original packaging and enclose it in a small FedEx box, ensuring it’s protected from damage.
– Place the small FedEx box inside a medium FedEx box, seal it, and use shipping tape to secure all edges.
– Attach the FedEx shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. Please ensure you receive and keep your receipt.
Note: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping charge deducted from your refund amount.
Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt for the processing to complete. Depending on your company’s billing cycle, refunds may take 1-2 cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Custom-ordered or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.
