WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

In-Store Pickup 

In-store pickup is available for all purchases Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. When the item is ready for pickup, an email confirmation will be sent, instructing you to schedule a time for us to meet. 

Shipping

We ship Monday through Thursday. All packages are sent via FedEx priority overnight, insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery. The delivery address must match the billing address. Customers will be notified of the shipment and tracking number.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We do not offer international shipping. 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS? 

Orders only ship on business days, Monday – Thursday. 

The shipping address must match the billing address. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
